Each dinner serves 8–12 people and includes:
Smoked Turkey: 16-20 lbs bird, brined in Hoosie's BBQ seasoning, butter-basted, smoked low and slow, and delivered carved.
Cranberry Sauce: Fresh cranberries with orange zest- never from a can!
Green Bean Casserole: French-ct green beans, bacon, creamy mushroom sauce, and crispy breaded onions.
Mashed Potatoes & Gravy: Creamy garlic mashed potatoes with rich, house-made gravy
BBQ Dressing: Sourdough bead bits with celery, onion, butter and Hoosie's signature spice blend
Sweet Rolls: Soft, golden rolls, ready to warm and serve.
Smoked Mac& Cheese: Sharp cheddar and smoked gouda, smoked alongside the turkey.
Choice of Two Pies: Apple, Pumpkin, Pecan, Cherry, Coconut Cream or Chocolate
