Southern Sides:
Cowboy Beans - Texas style pinto beans combining bacon, green chiles, onions, and jalapenos. These are Hoosie's signature beans pairing well with any meat combination.
Mac & Cheese - Macaroni and cheese with sharp cheddar and smoked gouda combined in a sauce with a breaded topping.
Green Bean Casserole - Green beans combined with creamy mushroom sauce, green onions, and bacon. Seasoned with Hoosie's signature SPG seasoning.
Sour Cream & Garlic Mashed Potatoes - Twist on a traditional dish adding in all of the good things, sour cream and garlic.
Jalapeno Poppers - This is the perfect side for any order! Jalapenos filled with a cream cheese and seasoned beef filling, wrapped in bacon, and smoked to perfection!
Savory Meats:
Pulled Pork - Pork butt seasoned with Hoosie's signature SPG seasoning. Basted with apple cider vinegar and BBQ sauce, this pulled pork is smoky, savory, and full of flavor.
Spare Ribs - Seasoned with Hoosie's signature SPG seasoning and glazed with BBQ sauce. Hoosie's has perfected ribs that are fall-off-the-bone, but still have a bite!
Brisket - Traditional Texas style brisket seasoned with Salt, Pepper, and Garlic. Basted with beef tallow. This brisket combines a good Texas bark with juicy, savory slices.
Chicken (wings and drumsticks) - Full wings and drumsticks marinated in Hoosie's signature poultry blend. Smoked and glazed to perfection.
Sausages/ Hot Links - Smoked sausages and hot links. The perfect companion in any meat combination.
Additional Add Ons:
Banana Pudding - Vanilla pudding with cream cheese and whipped cream. Bananas and Vanilla wafers added. Served cold. (add $3 per person)
Sweet Rolls - Ready to eat rolls warmed and served hot (add $1 per person)
Assorted Soft Drinks & Water - canned soft drinks and bottled water can be added to any order (add $2 per person)

Hoosie's will deliver anywhere in the Denver, Centennial, and Aurora areas as part of any order. Other delivery destinations may be subjected to additional delivery fees. Hoosie's will work with you to bring you the food you need.
